What you are buying
A one-time licence to download and read the Digital Business Playbook PDF for personal use. It is educational material and does not guarantee earnings or business outcomes.
Delivery
Following successful payment, a single-use download link is sent to the checkout email address. It expires after seven days. If delivery fails, email support with your purchase email and we will assist.

Cancellations and refunds
Under UK consumer law, digital content supplied immediately can affect the normal 14-day cancellation right, but only where the required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Until a compliant express-consent process has been implemented, KAIVUM will honour cancellation requests made within 14 days of purchase. This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content. Email support@kaivum.com to request assistance or a refund.
