KAIVUM LIMITED processes customer email addresses and transaction identifiers to fulfil orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud and maintain accounting records. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional delivery emails and Upstash for temporary download-token storage. Relevant information is shared with these providers to fulfil your order. We do not sell customer information or add buyers to marketing lists without consent.
Download tokens expire after seven days. Transaction and accounting records may be retained for applicable legal obligations. Contact support@kaivum.com to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Before launch, confirm the full privacy notice, international-transfer details and business contact address with your adviser.
